Exercises to take care of your back

Whether you are one of those who usually have discomfort in this area or if you want to prevent the appearance of symptoms during these days in which physical activity is interrupted by quarantine, this series of exercises will help you maintain muscles and joints with mobility and elasticity.

Before starting the routine and to become aware of our body, it is important to do a simple breathing exercise while lying on the floor on a towel or mat.

Place your hands on your stomach and close your eyes.
Take 10 slow, deep inhalations and exhalations while noticing how your stomach rises and falls with them.

Once connected we can proceed with the exercises that we describe below.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Perform the stretches slowly and gently, breathing at the rhythm of the exercises and generating medium tensions without forcing at any time.

None of the exercises should cause pain.

Perform 10 repetitions of the exercises that last 5 seconds
Perform 10 repetitions of the exercises that last 10 seconds
Perform 1 repetition of the exercises that last 15-20 seconds
In those where the stretching time is not determined, perform 1 repetition of 15-20 seconds.

Practice these exercises 1 or 2 times a day from affecting your joints!
